OMEGA 3's & Why I Take a Supplement

I take JuicePlus daily and have for about 20 years. JuicePlus is a whole food supplement. I was introduced to it after I had a long period of recurrent sinus infections. A friend suggested I explore acupuncture to solve my allergy/sinus problems. I remember on my first visit to the acupuncturist, I had to write down all the vitamins and supplements I took which were a lot! He asked why I took so many. I said, "to stay healthy, of course!"
